Wonderful private bay, great design and facilities. Yi Yang Chinese restaurant and Sophia provide excellent service. Breakfast at Yi Yang is better than Western side. Sudeep is attentive in the outdoor breakfast section. Yuki is responsive and friendly at the front desk. Beautiful and peaceful resort, excellent breakfast, and great pools. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay. Service is outstanding.

The breakfast here was fantastic, they had delicious BBQ, fresh fruits, and juice - just what we needed. the hotel is in a beautiful location, super close to the sea 🌊.

Conveniently located next to a tropical forest and close to Bali, Thailand, and China. Plus, it's just a stone's throw away from the Sanya Wax Work Museum!

The place was pretty clean and the facilities were nice. It's located in a stunning spot near the bay, close to some lively nightlife. the breakfast at the restaurant was absolutely delicious and fantastic! 🌅

It was a beautifully decorated and absolutely fantastic hotel in a truly beautiful area, next to the hill, a tourist destination that can get overcrowded and nightlife. It was in a wonderful location so close to Da Dong Hai lv You Qu. I ate at the beachfront restaurant near the venue.

During my recent stay at Mandarin Oriental, I had the pleasure of enjoying their incredible swimming pools, beautiful beach, and spacious rooms. I opted for the Garden room, which was not only bigger and more affordable than the Ocean Breeze Pavilion, but I actually preferred it. The Hillside rooms also provided stunning views of the sea. The breakfast spread was delightful, although I do wish they had smoked salmon. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

All the rooms are good value for money and large in pitiable condition and the staff is responsive...

the landscape of the resort is stunning, swimming in the shade under palm trees is a delightful feature. The temperature-controlled infinity pool with a view of the South China Sea is amazing. It's one of the most beautiful resorts I've been to, truly exotic and relaxing.

no ramp for strollers or buggies

The resort had a huge selection of facilities to enjoy during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff, who always made us feel welcome. The complimentary buggy service was a great convenience and added to our overall experience.

the chaotic environment during breakfast was off-putting. Children were running and screaming with no discipline, and the staff did not intervene to control the situation, making it difficult for us to enjoy our meals.
